The firm has focused primarily on construction, business and commercial real estate litigation since its founding in March, 2003, representing commercial land owners, contractors, suppliers, and sureties in business and construction. The firm's owner, Frank Satalino, Esq. has practiced in civil litigation, primarily business and construction law, for over 20 years, and has been involved in numerous litigation matters in California State, and Federal Courts from pre complaint negotiations through claims, litigation, arbitration, and several successful trials, and is a member of the California.
